Coldwell Banker Mountain Properties
This project involved the discrete renovation of an existing office space (former Santa Fe Reporter offices) and development of an interiors package for a real estate company to establish their downtown location. We worked with the existing building elements to a large degree, only altering where needed to accommodate user needs. A portion of the existing office space was subdivided into private offices and a new kitchen was carved out of an existing storage space. Existing spaces were re-programmed to fit the clients needs and finishes, lighting and technology systems were replaced/ upgraded. We worked with the client to source the furniture package and develop a material and color palette that combined traditional Santa Fe design elements with organic and contemporary elements. The resulting space is a subdued renovation that exudes the company’s brand.
