Plaza Contenta

Santa Fe, NM

The design for Plaza Contenta is located the Tierra Contenta master planned community. The project consists of both residential and retail spaces. The plaza is the focal point of the development and allows for public engagement such as performances and community events.

The colonnades on the existing buildings became the inspiration for elements throughout the development. The development consists of 150 residential units, a restaurant, retail spaces, co-working spaces, and makers spaces. The retail spaces are located on the corner near the intersection to maximize visibility and efficiency.
